NOVIPRO has enjoyed exceptional growth over the past few years. As a major partner of Infor, we support our clients in the implementation and optimization of their ERP projects.

NOVIPRO's team continues to grow and we are currently looking for a Business Solutions Consultant, ERP Implementation: Financial Modules for a permanent position. The Implementation Consultant will be responsible for advising our clients on the implementation and improvement of Infor Syteline and SX.e solutions, mainly in the financial modules.

 

 

YOUR ROLE

In your job with us, you will be asked to work on the following:

  • Work on the integration of the Infor ERP software at NOVIPRO's clients;
  • Analyze existing processes and make recommendations based on industry best practices;
  • Identify strengths and weaknesses that need to be improved in the specific context of the client;
  • Write functional specifications for software customization;



 

  • Train super users and end users as needed;
  • Support the sales team in preparing and presenting solutions to potential clients;
    Customer support;
  • The consultant will occasionally travel to NOVIPRO's clients and will work on various projects.


What we are looking for

  • Be very comfortable with ERP software packages (experience with Syteline is an asset);
  • Experience in the manufacturing or distribution sector (an asset);
  • Master the entire accounting cycle, including KPIs and costing;
  • Understand the business and/or technological constraints of clients and be able to propose viable solutions in this context;
  • Must be a quick learner, explore unfamiliar solutions and be able to function within an interdependent team of various ERP specialists;
  • Ability to manage change;
  • University degree in accounting or equivalent;
  • Knowledge of ERP software and the financial modules;
  • Knowledge of Infor Syteline and its modules (Asset);
  • Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in the accounting and finance sector;
  • Bilingualism.
