The Novipro team is looking for an ERP Consultant for a permanent position. The Implementation Consultant will be responsible for advising our clients on the implementation and improvement of the Infor Syteline solution, mainly in the Operations / Production / Planning modules.

We are looking for an experienced supply chain consultant who is very comfortable with ERP software packages. Application specialist with extensive experience in the manufacturing/distribution sector, the person must be a specialist in supply chain related modules. You will be positioned at the company's clients' sites to work on various projects.

YOUR ROLE

In your job with us, you will be asked to work on the following:

  • Work on the integration of the ERP software at Novipro's clients;
  • Analyze existing processes and make recommendations based on industry best practices. These best practices will of course be in line with the processes of the ERP solutions offered;
  • Writing functional specifications for software customization;
  • Training for super users and end users;



Project Management

  • Good communication skills to interact effectively with all trades;
  • In most cases, the consultant will have to implement, with the help of the client's employees and other collaborators, these best practices;
  • An ability to manage change is essential for this position.



What we are looking for

  • Minimum of 5 years experience as an implementation consultant;
  • Knowledge of Infor Syteline integrated management software and its operation, production and planning modules (an asset);
  • Ability to understand the business and/or technological constraints and to propose viable solutions in this context;
  • Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in the manufacturing or distribution sector;
  • Very good knowledge of concepts such as MRP, VAP, KAizen, Lean Manufacturing;
  • Mobility required for travel to customers;
  • BAC in computer science, engineering or management.
