ERP Pre-sales Manager

Novipro Business Solutions has experienced exceptional growth in recent years. As a major Infor partner and recipient of the award for the largest manufacturing transaction in 2014 at the Infor Americas Partner Summit, we support our clients in their projects to integrate or optimize their integrated management software.

The Novipro Business Solutions team continues to grow and we are currently looking for an ERP Pre-Sales Manager for a permanent position. He will be responsible, with a collaborative approach, for defining and presenting an adapted Infor SyteLine solution (CloudSuite Industrial) to meet the needs and requirements of our customers.

YOUR ROLE

In your job with us, you will be asked to work on the following:

  • Act as pre-sales experts for the Infor SyteLine solution;
  • Assist the account manager in the sales process, meet customers, diagnose requirements;
  • Carry out audits of customers' business processes;
  • Understand the needs and objectives of clients;
  • Define the requirements and develop a suitable solution;
  • Create product demonstrations explaining how the Syteline solution can meet customer needs;
  • Develop and maintain a good relationship with the customer in order to strengthen the business relationship, promote the Syteline solution;
  • Assist the account manager as a technical expert in the preparation of bids and documents describing the requirements;
  • Work closely with consultants to implement the solution;
  • Analyze market developments and industry trends;

What we are looking for

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in pre-sales in the ERP industry or equivalent experience as a consultant in implementing ERP solutions combined with pre-sales experience;
  • Demonstrated competence with ERP software packages (experience with Syteline is an asset);
  • Demonstrated skills in presentations, demonstrations and/or customer training;
  • Ability to work collaboratively and effectively with the sales team;
  • Organizational skills (ability to prioritize tasks), analytical skills and problem solving skills;
  • Ability to define and meet deadlines in a demanding environment;

 

  • Ability to focus on the client's needs and build strong relationships with the client;
  • Understand the objectives and business needs in the field of supply chain and/or manufacturing and/or finance;
  • Ability to collaborate effectively at all levels within the client base;
  • Excellent communication (non-verbal, oral and written) and presentation skills;
  • Fluent in French and English (oral and written);
  • The employee will be required to travel as part of his or her work.
