We are looking for the perfect candidate to join a small multidisciplinary marketing team as an inbound marketing and lead management consultant. Reporting to the Director of Marketing and Communications, this person will be responsible for contributing to the user experience as part of their buyer's journey.

In your job with us, you will be asked to work on the following:

Your daily playground will be Hubspot, so you need to be comfortable navigating it and getting to grips with all the features (marketing and sales).

  • The players who will accompany you on the field will be your colleagues in charge of marketing projects but also your colleagues in sales (we adhere to the concept of "smarketing")
  • You will make strategic passes to convert visitors (MQL) into qualified leads (SQL) through successful inbound marketing tactics
  • You will be the key person to analyze the data collected, submit recommendations and convert into opportunities


  • You will be responsible for setting up and maintaining lead scoring in line with our personas and strategic filters
  • You will be the reference resource and a "super user" to train, coach and offer practical and strategic advice to your colleagues, both in marketing and sales
  • You will pilot the development of a new website entirely built in Hubspot's CMS
  • You will put inbound at the heart of digital strategies in order to attract visitors, transform them into leads, convert them into customers and build loyalty


What we are looking for

To fill this position, you must be curious by nature, have a desire to innovate and think outside the box, have a keen analytical mind, be rigorous and methodical, but above all, be a recognized team player. You must like to "get your hands dirty" and produce concrete results. In addition to these qualities, here is what we would like to see in you:

  • 3 to 5 years of digital marketing experience
  • A degree in marketing, communications or any other relevant field
  • Knowledge of inbound and CRM software (e.g. HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot, Eloqua, Salesforce, etc.)
  • Knowledge of Hubspot (a major asset)
  • Inbound and Google Analytics certification
  • Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS
  • Experience in B2B (an asset)
  • Knowledge of technologies (an asset)
  • Bilingual (French fluently, English very well)
