Novipro is currently looking for an Internal Sales Representative who will report to the Director of Partnerships to join its team of experts for a permanent position in Montreal.

YOUR ROLE

In your job with us, you will be asked to work on the following:

  • Ensure the renewal of maintenance for equipment and software sold by Novipro;
  • Submit proposals, participate in tenders, negotiate prices and effectively differentiate Novipro's product offering;
  • Work in collaboration with other sales and service teams to stimulate customer sales;
  • Provide support for simple transactions at the server, PC, storage and various solutions level;
  • Assist and maintain good relationships and work as a close team with the various stakeholders in the supply chain: account managers, sales representatives, architects and suppliers;
  • Ensure follow-up with customers on the products sold: Delivery management;
  • Prepare the simple technical configurations of the products sold;
  • Manage special rates, schedules for future product promotion programs, check inventory and track inventories and the movement of merchandise at the customer's premises;
  • Prepare the necessary information to place product orders in the required tool while verifying price analyses and ensuring compliance of transactions;
  • Answer various questions from customers and suppliers if necessary;
  • All administrative tasks and related projects.

What we are looking for

  • DEC in administration and/or computer technology or any training and experience deemed relevant;
  • Minimum experience of 2 years in a similar position in a company selling computer equipment;
  • Knowledge of products from various information technology manufacturers (Intel Servers, Storage Systems - IBM, EMC, Dell, Nimble, Nutanix, Lenovo) as well as telecommunications products (Cisco, Riverbed, Brocades) is an important asset;
  • Experience working for an IT reseller or distributor would be an asset;
  • Ability to respond quickly to spontaneous needs, good interpersonal relations and a strong focus on customer service;
  • Minuteness, dynamism, rigour, versatility and autonomy;
  • Experience in sales and/or technical assistance in a computer environment would be an asset;
  • Spoken and written bilingualism ;
  • Strong knowledge of Excel, Word and CRM.
