Novipro is an information technology company with offices in Montreal, Quebec City, Toronto and Paris, and we would like to hire an IT recruitment Advisor to fill a permanent position within our Montreal-based team. NOVIPRO is a growing company made up of a team of people who are passionate about their work and dynamic. We are located in downtown Montreal, a few steps from the Bonaventure metro station.

 The successful candidate will participate in daily activities to ensure that the best IT candidates are matched to one of our available positions.

 

YOUR ROLE

In your job with us, you will be asked to work on the following:

  • Ensure the recruitment of resources for the mandates (permanent, temporary, internal or external recruitment);
  • Ensure that recruitment requests are understood and that the profiles are well qualified;
  • Responsible for the selection process of relevant candidates;
  • Conduct telephone and in-person interviews and assess candidates' skills;
  • Perform reference checks and pre-employment checks with the supplier;
  • Introduce candidates to clients and managers and coordinate 2nd interviews;
  • Post positions at various employment sites and identify new sources of recruitment as needed;
  • Negotiate working conditions and prepare documents related to new hires;
  • Ensure that a bank of candidates and contacts is updated to ensure that requests are answered quickly and efficiently;
  • Keep up to date with the latest developments in the information technology sector in order to maximize the company's efficiency.

What we are looking for

  • Bachelor's degree in HR or DEC in human resources combined with relevant experience;
  • Minimum of 2 to 3 years of recruitment experience, including at least 1 year for IT positions;
  • Ability to manage several files at the same time;
  • Good stress management;
    Excellent knowledge of French and English and ability to contact candidates in both languages;
  • Be customer service-oriented, courteous and dynamic;
  • Be a good negotiator;
  • Ability to operate under tight deadlines;
  • Sense of confidentiality.
