Network and IT Security Specialist

YOUR ROLE

In your job with us, you will be asked to work on the following:

• Implementation of LAN/WAN/WAN/WIFI/Security network solutions;
• Infra, Wireless network environment architecture;
• Participate in various projects to implement, update, redesign and optimize our clients' networks;
• Plan and implement required updates;
• Prepare hardware and/or software configurations;
• Analyze and optimize network performance;
• Provides administrative assistance to account managers when selling a product;

• Assistance in the preparation of bids;
• Sales and customer support;
• Ensure the support, implementation and administration of VOIP;
• Facilitate the installation of the hardware and software that NOVIPRO implements at our customers' premises;
• Provide second and third level customer service to NOVIPRO users and customers;
• Documentation writing;
• Master the technology relevant to NOVIPRO's activities.

• Recognized training in computer network management;
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in a similar position;
• Bilingualism (French-English);
• Knowledge of Cisco network products, Brocade;
• Knowledge of Riverbed optimization products;
• Knowledge of advanced TCP/IP Networks-Expert;
• Knowledge of corporate Wireless Networks;

• Knowledge of Cisco Telephony Networks;
• Cisco certification(s);
• Knowledge of F5, NetScaler load balancers;
• Knowledge of Fortinet security products;
• Knowledge of Avaya products;
• Knowledge of ELFIQ products.
