YOUR ROLE

In your job with us, you will be asked to work on the following:

  • Assist in the management of territory and the execution of sales associated with it;
  • Identify areas of opportunity within the assigned territory;
  • Assist the account manager in developing strategies and initiatives to increase our positioning in established accounts and penetration into competitive accounts;
  • Maintain and ensure the relationship with current customers;
  • Develop, in collaboration with the representatives, technological and financial proposals based on the hardware and software products as well as the service offerings represented by NOVIPRO;
  • Support and guide the client in the analysis and definition of needs, in orientation, as well as in the choice and evaluation of appropriate technological solutions;
  • Carry out studies, as well as positioning and detailed design phases and make the appropriate technological recommendations;
  • Support the client in the activities required to ensure the quality, performance, reliability, availability and continuous improvement of systems and technological solutions;
  • Work with partners to identify the risks, restrictions and dependencies associated with different projects;
  • Evaluate opportunities for systems and process improvements and prepare rationale documents to share with team members and customers;
  • Interact with the sales team, delivery team, business functions, and project management team to pull everything together and identify the right approach and solution;
  • Pre-screen and compare the potential technical solutions;
  • With the team, help shape the future of the organization by providing your recommendations in the evolution of our offer and its portfolio;
  • Maintain a constant relationship with multiple key contacts with manufacturing partners;
  • Participate in congresses and seminars;
  • Keep knowledge and certifications of various products up to date.

What we are looking for

Professional and technical expertise required

  • At least 10 years of experience in the IT industry;
  • At least 5 years of experience in the design and / or implementation of complex and large-scale IT projects using various platforms;
  • Experience in evaluating a wide range of technology solutions and products;
  • Team player with experience in cross-teams collaborating to ensure success of positioned solutions
  • Strong conceptual and analytical skills, demonstrating an ability to solve problems creatively;
  • Project management and leadership skills are essential;
  • Strategic business acumen, understanding of business strategies and ability to design a solution to implement that strategy;
  • Understanding of the OpenShift architecture and its configuration on major cloud platforms including IBM, AWS, AZURE and GWT;
  • Communicate effectively, master the technology, Optimize work processes;
  • Fluent in French and English.

Privileged professional and technical expertise

  • Knowledge of DevOps principles;
  • Knowledge of containerization;
  • Understanding / Knowledge of native cloud component deployment configuration, preferably on OpenShift.

Training and certification

  • Bachelor's degree or post-secondary diploma with a specialization in information technology or programming or equivalent.
