YOUR ROLE

In your job with us, you will be asked to work on the following:

Reception and administration:

  • Manage the reception and reception of customers and visitors;
  • Answer and forward telephone calls;
  • Manage special mailings, mail, emails and delivery notes;
  • Receive and transmit faxes;
  • Carry out the maintenance of printing sites and conference rooms;
  • Carry out the maintenance of the coffee machine and ensure its operation;
  • Perform general maintenance of the employee kitchen and ensure its cleanliness on a daily basis;
  • Assume the general secretariat;
  • Confirm conference room and projector reservations ;
  • Classify general administrative files;
  • Buy office supplies;

 

  • Book flight tickets and accommodation when necessary;
  • All other related tasks.

Support for administrative support

  • Support for the management of accounts payable and receivable;
  • Enveloping cheques;
  • Accounting for purchase / sales invoices;
  • Support for customer order tracking;
  • Verification of expense accounts and mileage;
  • Verification of corporate credit card purchases;
  • Enter invoices and incoming payments into the system;
  • Preparation of deposits.

 

What we are looking for

  • Completed professional training;
  • Years of experience: 2 years and more;
  • Fluent French written, spoken, excellent grammar;
  • Functional Intermediate English;
  • Mastery of the tools of the Office suite;
  • Outlook calendar management;
  • Organizational skills, discretion, autonomy and courtesy.
