Novipro is currently looking for an Technical Consultant ERP who will work under the authority of the Director of Delivery and Professional Services. The Technical Advisor provides first-line technical assistance to Novipro customers for all ERP-related requests. He assists the customer in solving Syteline related usage problems by taking requests by phone or email, and answering them in a professional, accurate and efficient manner. It also contributes to the continuous improvement of user support by recording and documenting its interventions.



In your job with us, you will be asked to work on the following:

  • Constantly develop and update your knowledge of the IT solutions range, in particular the Syteline / CloudSuite ERP;
  • Maintain a high level of knowledge in the operation, production and planning modules in particular;
  • Be the first responder for all customer support requests;
  • Be actively listening to users in order to provide them with the best possible support;
  • Document any technical problems that users may encounter;
  • Inform, advise and communicate instructions to clients to solve their first and second level problems.


  • Report technical or more complex problems to the resources concerned;
  • Participate in the identification and implementation of efficient work methods to improve the customer experience;
  • If necessary, train super users and end users;
  • Contribute to change management related to a new ERP implementation, by providing instructions and individual support, helping users understand and accept the new integrated management system.


What we are looking for

  • Ability to popularize technical information to guide clients;
  • Be patient, self-controlled and empathetic;
  • Good priority management;
  • Ability to work on several simultaneous projects;
  • Good resistance to stress and working under pressure;
  • Quality internal/external customer approach;
  • Demonstrated problem-solving skills;
  • Effective communication in French and English is essential.
  • College diploma in business analysis, computer systems, management information systems or a combination of training and experience;
  • Knowledge of an ERP: Syteline preferably, Epicor, NAVision, Dynamics AX or others;
  • 3 to 5 years' experience in user support or as a user of integrated management software;
  • Knowledge of the SME environment;
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills;
  • Perfectly bilingual.
